About A. Faye Bell

A. Faye Bell is an accomplished leadership strategist, transformational coach, author, educator, entrepreneur, and community advocate with more than 25 years of experience empowering individuals, developing leaders, and strengthening communities.

As Founder of the A. Faye Bell Institute, she is dedicated to helping people unlock their potential, discover their purpose, and create meaningful impact in their personal and professional lives. Through coaching, leadership development, speaking engagements, mentorship, and educational initiatives, she equips individuals and organizations with practical tools for growth, confidence, and lasting success.

Faye's unique approach is shaped by a powerful combination of academic achievement, executive leadership, entrepreneurial experience, and community service. She earned her Master of Divinity from Virginia Union University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and receiving the prestigious Ella P. Mitchell Preaching Award for excellence in leadership and communication. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Grand Canyon University and an Associate of Arts from Union Bible Theological Seminary.

Throughout her distinguished career, Faye has demonstrated exceptional leadership across faith-based, nonprofit, business, and community sectors. Since 2003, she has served as Chief Financial Officer of Greater Paradise Christian Center, providing executive financial oversight, strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational guidance for one of Baltimore's impactful community organizations.

Her commitment to service extends beyond traditional leadership roles. She is Co-Founder and Administrator of the Greater Paradise Center of Hope Mental Health Counseling Center, where she has helped advance mental wellness, counseling access, community partnerships, and holistic support services for individuals and families throughout the region. She also helped launch and operate a community COVID-19 testing site that served residents during one of the most challenging public health crises in recent history.

As an entrepreneur, Faye is the Founder and Owner of A. Faye Bell & Associates Insurance Agency, where she advises individuals and families on planning, protection, and long-term security solutions. Her business experience brings practical insight to her leadership and coaching work, allowing her to connect with professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds.

An accomplished author, Faye has written three inspiring books: There's a Wife in Me, My Scars Have a Story, and The Weight of My Yes. Through her writing, she shares powerful lessons on resilience, personal growth, healing, purpose, and transformation, encouraging readers to embrace their journey and step confidently into their future.
